The change management in business requires continuous monitoring of the changes progress, evaluation of the current situation and identification of interventions to effectively address problems or divergences. This research work proposes a methodological framework for assessing the current situation of enterprises and identify the necessary interventions based on both Multi Criteria Analysis approaches and Balanced Scorecard method. The Multi –Criteria Analysis is used in order to assess the significance (weights) of a set of factors picturing the firms’ situation coming from the utilization of the Balanced Scorecard method. This value system provides a holistic and analytic picture of the current situation providing the means to support the determination of the required feedbacks for the efficient change. The proposed approach is illustrated through a real world case study for a Greek firm with degree of development.en_US
