dc.description.abstractIn the context of the school’s working environment, unexpected events such as damage to the school building (whether accidental or intentional), students using intimidation and/or violence toward their classmates, etc. often occur. The purpose of this chapter is, by reviewing the relevant literature, to assess the current situation regarding the phenomenon of school aggression and bullying in primary and secondary schools in Greece. This study supports the view that effective communication and cooperation between parents and the school, systematic training for teachers on how to manage students’ antisocial attitudes at school, and the development of educational activities are actions that would help to confront aggression at school more effectively.en_US
