Abstract: 
The aim of this paper is to provide to all the essential conceptual approaches and the differences between reliability and validity of questionnaires used in the quantitative research in health units. Moreover, it aims to present in detail their various determination techniques, while at the same time gives choice criteria of those proposed by analyzing examples, which will give a most complete picture as far as their implementation is concerned.
