dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to ascertain the readiness of the public hospital in Greece to comply with the new Regulation for protecting personal data (GDPR). A qualitative research was carried out by using structured interview with experts and relevant hospital executives of the 2nd Health Region for collecting the data. Despite the mandatory application of the new Regulation by Hospitals, the right to be forgotten and the other rights on personal data in healthcare are virtually not applicable. | en_US |
