Abstract:
Employees’ training should be integrated into total human resources’ development plans under a framework which includes the mapping of competences, the tracking of training needs, the implementation of training activities and the evaluation of the outcomes. The main aim of the developed Competency Management Information System is to satisfy the needs of managers in HR departments by supporting a systematic and well defined approach of the procedures regarding the analysis, the designing, the implementation and the evaluation of human resources skills development activities.
