dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to measure and analyze the impact of burnout on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The data are obtained from 150 Greek SMEs’ employees who responded to a structured questionnaire. Data have been analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The research results indicate a correlation between burnout and job satisfaction. Furthermore, a correlation is observed between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.en_US
