Abstract: 
Mobile Health (mHealth) is an emerging and rapidly developing field. It seems to play a significant role in the transformation of healthcare and increase its quality and efficiency as a sub-segment of Electronic Health (eHealth). In this article, we did a literature review about the potentials for this transformation and the crucial organizational issues for developing Electronic Health Record's applications with mHealth technologies in healthcare organizations.
